What happens to your inquiry

Your entries stay in the current page's memory while you complete the form. When you submit, the name, email address, and trip details you provide are sent to Bigin by Zoho CRM and stored as a contact and trip inquiry so Outerline Travel can review, manage, and reply to your request. The website itself does not save the inquiry in browser storage or cookies. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the browser copy. If you download an inquiry, the file is saved on your device. Copying an inquiry places it on your clipboard.

What to leave out

Please don't enter passwords, loyalty account numbers, payment card details, passport information, or sensitive personal information. General trip preferences are enough.

When you submit

Submitting the form creates or updates the contact information needed to reply to you and creates a new trip inquiry in Outerline Travel's Bigin CRM pipeline. Your trip-specific information is stored with that inquiry. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter, make a reservation, charge a card, or confirm availability. Your email address is used to reply to you about the inquiry.

Service providers

Bigin by Zoho CRM processes and stores the contact and trip-inquiry information submitted through the form. See Zoho's privacy policy for information about its practices. The hosting provider may process ordinary request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Travel imagery is served through this website’s hosting infrastructure.

If you enter your email address in the newsletter form, you are asking Outerline Travel to send you occasional marketing emails with travel planning guidance, destination ideas, and trip comparisons. Your email address is submitted to and stored by Kit, Outerline Travel's newsletter provider. Kit may send a confirmation email before activating your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link included in every marketing email. Submitting a trip inquiry does not add you to this list, and joining this list does not submit a trip inquiry.

Optional analytics

Where optional Google Analytics is enabled, the site asks before loading it. If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google receives page views and events indicating that an inquiry was started, accepted for sending, or could not be sent, and whether a newsletter signup succeeded. Your name, email, trip details, URL query strings, and URL fragments are not included in these events. Google may process technical information such as browser and device details and use analytics cookies. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled by this site.

Choosing “No thanks” keeps analytics off. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage and can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer when analytics is configured. Withdrawing consent stops future collection through this site and removes the analytics cookies it can access; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Questions about your information

Email info@outerlinetravel.com to ask about your inquiry, email subscription, or request deletion of information held by Outerline Travel. Do not send identification documents or passwords. Inquiry information is used to discuss your trip, not to subscribe you to a marketing list. This notice was updated October 2, 2026.

This website collects travel inquiries so you can receive a personal reply by email. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or authorize a payment. This notice will be updated if the services or information-handling practices change.
