What happens to your inquiry
Your entries stay in the current page’s memory until you submit or leave. When you submit, the inquiry and the name and email you provide are sent through Resend to the Outerline Travel inbox. The site does not save your inquiry to a database, cookies, or browser storage. The receiving mailbox retains your email correspondence so your inquiry can receive a reply. Refreshing or leaving the page clears the browser copy. If you download an inquiry, the file is saved on your device. Copying an inquiry places it on your clipboard.
What to leave out
Please don’t enter passwords, loyalty account numbers, payment card details, passport information, or sensitive personal information. General trip preferences are enough.
When you submit
Submitting the form sends the inquiry to the Outerline Travel inbox through Resend and keeps you on the same page. Outerline Travel does not send an automatic confirmation email after submission. Your email address is used to reply to you. Resend’s policies apply to delivery and retention.
Website operation
The hosting provider may process request information, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. The form uses a temporary, hashed anti-abuse counter; it does not retain your full IP address in that counter. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Travel photography is served from Unsplash image infrastructure, which may receive ordinary request information such as your IP address and browser details when those images load.
Optional analytics
Where optional Google Analytics is enabled, the site asks before loading it. If you choose “Allow analytics,” Google receives page views and events indicating that an inquiry was started, accepted for sending, or could not be sent. Your name, email, trip details, URL query strings, and URL fragments are not included in these events. Google may process technical information such as browser and device details and use analytics cookies. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled by this site.
Choosing “No thanks” keeps analytics off. Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage and can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer when analytics is configured. Withdrawing consent stops future collection through this site and removes the analytics cookies it can access; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Questions about your information
Email info@outerlinetravel.com to ask about your inquiry or request deletion of the correspondence held by Outerline Travel. Do not send identification documents or passwords. Inquiry information is used to discuss your trip, not to subscribe you to a marketing list. This notice was updated September 23, 2026.

This website collects travel inquiries so you can receive a personal reply by email. Submitting an inquiry does not create a reservation or authorize a payment. This notice will be updated if the services or information-handling practices change.
